The Bard Society is a collaborative community of performers dedicated to making stories come to life, whether through song or through deed. Performers of all kinds are welcome to share in our play as we build the texture of song, dance and performance together!
The Bard Society bustles around the Bazaar and the Camps, making music, telling stories and entertaining. We provide a backdrop for the stories being woven over the course of the festival. A bard can almost always be found teaching telling stories, writing songs and poetry, or making things happen through unique bardic skills.
Any players are welcome to play, sing, holler and entertain with the Bard Society during their time at DrachenFest! Players can also apply to become full-time Bard Society members, picking up gigs for in-game coin and assisting the leads in teaching classes. See 'Become a Member' below to learn more!
Full-time Bard Society members are neutral Bazaar players. Some act as judges for the Society's Bard Competition, but they are otherwise not involved in the egg competition between camps!​
